Have your Non Profit join Art in the Park 2017!
The 2017 Art in the Park committee and the Plantation Junior Woman’s Club (PJWC) would like to invite you to be a part of this year’s festival. Art in the Park will be held November 11 & 12th at Liberty Tree Park, 7421 NW 5th St Plantation from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday, and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday.
The festival attracts up to 20,000 people annually from a wide range of demographics. This is an excellent opportunity for you to promote your organization throughout the art community, as well as to all those that attend the festival.
If your organization would like to participate in Art in the Park, please fill out the Non-Profit registration form and submit payment by October 1, 2016. A total of 20 non- profit spaces are available at this year’s festival for $100. Each Non-Profit must commit to attending the entire event. Booth spaces are 10x10 and your organization needs to provide your own tent, table, and chairs.
All non-profit booths are required to offer a children’s art activity at the organization’s booth. When planning for Art in the Park, please note that the sale of items/merchandise by non-profits is restricted in order to eliminate competition with artists’ sales. No sale of art, crafts, posters, food, drinks or t-shirts are allowed by any participants other than the Art in the Park crafters and juried artists. Fundraising activities, such as soliciting donations or offering raffles, are allowed at the non- profit booths but must be pre-approved by the PJWC Art in the Park Committee. To approve a
fundraising activity, please complete the PJWC Art in the Park Non-Profit Application and mail with payment to: Plantation Junior Woman’s Club- PJWC 6919 W Broward Blvd #200 Plantation, FL 33317.
